This policy explains what information Invoxity (“we”, “us”) collects through invoxity.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at contact@invoxity.com.
Information you give us
We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through our forms:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Demo request form: your name, email address, company website, phone number, budget range, country and message.
- Job application form: your name, email address, phone number, address, portfolio link, experience, the position you are applying for, your message and your CV.
Submissions are delivered to our team by email. We do not store form submissions or CVs on our website server.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or demo request and discuss our services with you.
- To assess job applications and contact candidates.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse. For this purpose we briefly keep a record of the IP address that submitted a form, to limit repeated submissions.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores two small preferences on your own device: your light or dark theme choice, and whether you have dismissed our privacy notice. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
Third-party services
To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr. These providers receive your IP address and basic browser information when those files load, under their own privacy policies. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and form emails are delivered through our email provider.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and applications only for as long as needed to respond to you, manage an ongoing business relationship or recruitment process, or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email contact@invoxity.com and we will respond as soon as we can. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the date above.
